COLORS, COLORS EVERYWHERE

One of the things I miss about my home state of New Hampshire is fall. The air is crisp and the leaves change color. Not just yellow, like here in New Mexico, but reds and oranges too. My friend, Mike, sends me pictures every year.

Sit back and enjoy......
You can see the ski trails in the background.

The roads are only one lane, in either direction, but the scenery is AMAZING!

This is main street in my home town, Lincoln. The clouds are already threatening to drop snow.

Another street close to my old house. What a quaint little town.

Isn't this waterfall amazing! You wouldn't believe how COLD this water can be!!!

I love this picture. The rivers up there are very popular, but very cold, since they are fed in the spring by run off from the snow melting.

I love the geese in this one! Almost looks like a postcard.

Wouldn't you love to have a cabin like this!?!

This is my favorite. You can see the church I used to attend as a child on the left. BEAUTIFUL!

I've thought about moving back there. I love the small town atmosphere and I do miss fall, but I do not miss winter. I love to ski, but I hate being cold. I think I've become too spoiled by the hot weather in New Mexico. I don't think Richard would be too pleased with the 8 months of winter.

So pretty. We vacationed in NH a few years ago and had a great time.

Beautiful! But I think even Mark has had enough frostbite for one life.
