Update on Samuel

Photobucket
Mommy and Daddy said you wanted to know how I was doing. I am no longer on oxygen and I'm being weened off the IV fluids. My birth mom, "K" gave me a bottle and I drank 2 oz. this morning. They washed my hair too! Aren't I cute!

Daddy dropped by to see me before he went to work. I was sleeping, but he still gave me a kiss. My test results come back tomorrow afternoon. I feel pretty good. I hope I get to go home soon.

Congratulations, Tracey! It has been so neat to watch this journey with you, and I'm so happy you have your little man!

I'm sorry he had to be in the NICU for the first little bit, but I'm sure he'll be fine soon and you'll get him home!

He really does look like a little peanut! He's so cute. I'm sure he'll be the best Christmas present ever.

He is so cute! I LOVE his cheeks--they look "pinch-able"! (I love cheeks--both my kids are "cheeky" kids!)

Just 6 months ago, we adopted our little girl so I know how you are feeling - on cloud nine! It's the best, isn't it? I'll continue to keep you all in my prayers. Congratulations!!!

Congratulations! I came to check out your site after you left a comment on mine and saw that your son was born! Praise God! He is so good! I hope Samuel's stay in the NICU is brief, but from experience, I can tell you he is in great hands! I look forward to checking back now and then and watching him grow! Enjoy this new season!
