It's a 3 story, white colonial with a full basement and attic. It's on an acre of land and has a one car garage. It has 2 full baths, 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and a one bedroom apartment on the right with separate access.
I would like a 3-4 bedroom, 2 bath house, with a basement and 2 car garage. I don't mind stairs, but would like the master on the main floor. We had 1550 square feet in our last house and we needed more space.
Our wish list also includes: a front porch, mudroom, large yard, open concept living/kitchen area, family friendly neighborhood, and good schools (of course), wood floors and the kitchen next to the garage. We don't need a dining room, but I would like an office and a playroom space. A fireplace and a pond or creek near by would be nice too. I'd also like a pantry and a gas stove. I love to decorate, paint, landscape and make a home my own, so some updating, DIY, is ok.
I love colonials, farmhouses, cabins, cape cods and victorians. Here is the look I like.

Beautiful!! We too NEED more space, we are busting at the seams! We live in a ranch with 3 bdrms 2 baths, kitchen, living room and then a finished basement with laundry/storage area, large family room/ play area and an office. We need at least a 4 bdrm (I would prefer 5 bdrm), I want a dinning room, and in general more space. Land would be nice too. We are a family of 6 crammed into the house we bought when we were a family of 3.
