On Friday we slept late and took the morning to relax in the hotel room.
In the early afternoon we went swimming at Pa-Pa Don's community pool.
Samuel loved the water slide.
Sam also loved pulling the string that dumped water on Daddy's head.
After that we went back to the beach. Sam loved having Dad's undivided attention.
Then we went back and had another wonderful dinner at Pa-Pa Don and Grandma Arlen's house. It was sad saying goodbye.
On Saturday morning we left. This shows you a little of the traffic on California highways. I refuse to drive on them. I usually close my eyes and Richard lets me know when we are through it. There are on and off ramps a few feet apart on both sides and it's just crazy!
We drove to Flagstaff, Arizona where we stayed overnight. No way were we going to do the 12 hour ride again.
Then we drove back to Albuquerque today.
A WONDERFULLY, MEMORABLE TIME WAS HAD BY ALL!!!!!!!
