These are our three cats...(left to right) Jynx, Cynder and Autumn. Jynx is 14 years old, Cynder is 13 years old and Autumn is 12 years old. When I found Cynder in the parking lot of the apartment complex where I was living she was just an itty bitty kitten. I was kept awake with her meowing for three nights in a row until I lured her in with milk and summer sausage. We took her to Richard's apartment and his cat, Jynx, adopted her and they have been like mother and child for the last 12 years. She's always been a bit bossy, but very cute and loving.
Recently Cynder hadn't been acting normal and since Thanksgiving was showing a steady decline. This is a picture from a few years ago...happy and healthy....
This is a picture from last night....she has lost a lot of weight, only drinks milk and can't even jump from the floor to the bed anymore....
We took her in to the vet and they did blood tests and such and said she probably had cancer.
This morning she was hiding in the closet and couldn't even lift her head. We knew it was time. Richard took her to the vet and she is now in a better place with PaPa.
We love you and miss you, Cynder.
