FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY

For the next 13 weeks I will be attending FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY with DAVE RAMSEY. I attended the introductory class last night and besides being financially savvy, Dave is a hotty and he has a great sense of humor. If your interested, here is a preview of the course. The lessons include: Super Saving, Relating with Money, Cash Flow Planning, Dumping Debt, Credit Sharks in Suits, Buyer Beware, Clause and Effect, That's Not Good Enough, Of Mice and Mutual Funds, From Fruition to Tuition, Working in Your Strengths, Real Estate and Mortgages and The Great Misunderstanding.

We are better off then most, since we don't have any credit card debt, but I want to be more financially savvy too. Right now my three main goals in taking this course are: to plan better for our retirement, pay off our home/car and to build some wealth.

I've also ordered this book: Which goes through the 7 Baby Steps: $1,000 to start and emergency fund, pay off all debt using the debt snowball, 3 to 6 months expenses in savings, invest 15% of household income in Roth IRA's and pre-tax retirement, college funding for children, pay off home early, build wealth and give.

I'm excited to start!

Love, love, LOVE Dave and FPU! It is a life-changer. We've been through the course and several lectures...each time we "fall off the wagon" he makes it so easy to pick back up and the motivation is awesome. He's a straight talker, doesn't mess around. And we just paid off our credit card and even though I didn't think it was affecting me, I've slept better ever since. I owe that motivation and the tools to surmount that to Dave.

Happy for you, you'll love it!!
