BUSY! BUSY!

We now have 24 days left of school. Last week the front parking lot was paved, so there was nowhere to park, the halls were packed with parent registering their children for next year and we finished up our HUMAN BODY UNIT! A lot of teachers took a few days off because of the long weekend and we had a lot of substitutes, so the kids were crazy.

We are now starting a unit on the CIVIL WAR using this...
...there are a lot of hands on activities and the kids are sure to love it. The kids are eager to be done, but he have to keep them engaged for another month, so now I'll have some time to do more art projects, educational games and fun contracts. I still need to clean and organize my room, fill out the cumulative folders, do end of the year assessments and start on report cards.
