Life Lesson #3...We will always love you!

Having a child has been an overwhelming experience. There are so many things I want to teach Samuel. I don't want him to make the same mistakes I did. I think back and wonder how things would have been different if I knew then, what I know now!?!

The third thing I want Samuel to know is that...You were created by God for a reason and you're wonderful and amazing in His eyes. No matter what people say, you need to believe in yourself and don't let anyone convince you otherwise. Just because someone says something negative about you doesn't make it fact. You are who you "choose" to be. You do not need to compete with anyone, be better then anyone, or put down others to have value. In God's eyes you have the same value as anyone else. There isn't a pecking order. God loves us all the same. It's hard to believe, but He actually loves you even MORE then Mommy and Daddy do. You can go to Him with any problems you have and He will listen and love you through it.

Also, no matter what you do...we will ALWAYS love you too! We may not like the choices you make, but you, as a person, are special and wonderful and you will always have my heart! There is NO WAY for you to loose our love and you do not have to do anything special to "earn" our love! It's been there since before you were born and will ALWAYS be there. You can come to us with any problems you have and we will listen and love you through it. We love you that much!
