Amy tagged me for SIX RANDOM THINGS ABOUT MYSELF.

2. Post the rules to your blog.

6. Let the tagger know when your entry is posted.

ARE YOU READY...RANDOMNESS IS SO MUCH FUN....

1. I love Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiatos. They usually run around $4.00 a pop, so I save by buying 4, for $5.00 at the grocery store.

2. I am in love with this guy...

...for those not in "the know," his name is Wharf and he's a Klingon. I am not a "TREKKY," but my husband is and he pulls me to all the Star Trek movies and we watch the series a lot.

Without the make-up on, he is Michael Dorn and he looks like this...

...either way....he is so hunky!!

3. I am a reality tv show addict...my list includes:

Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?
Hole in the Wall
Kitchen Nightmares
Don't Forget the Lyrics
The Real Housewives
Survivor: Gabon
Dancing with the Stars
Hell's Kitchen
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
Wife Swap
Supernanny
Big Brother
American Idol
So You Think You Can Dance
America's Got Talent
The Apprentice
The Bachelor

4. I love LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE!

I've been addicted since I was very young. I used to watch it every day after school and I still watch it at least twice a week. I own the entire series on DVD. I wanted to be Laura Ingalls. I was in love with Almanzo. This is the real Laura and Almanzo in 1940. Almanzo isn't as handsome as you remember him from tv, is he?!

I know all the characters and everything that happened in their lives. If I could go back to any time in history, it would be the 1800's living in Walnut Grove. Without seeing the story title, I can tell you what an episode will be about, just by seeing the first 15 seconds of it.

I had my own (mean and nasty) "Nellie Olsen" in my town, so I related to Laura and all she had to go through. One of the reasons I decided to pursue teaching was because of Laura Ingalls.

5. I LOVE TO ORGANIZE, MAKE SCHEDULES AND MAKE LISTS! I think I should own stock in Sticky Notes.

6. I would love to have my own personal library with tons of books, over stuffed chairs, soft light and a cold iced tea. I could sit and read all day.

I JUST GOT DONE TAGGING 5 PEOPLE (see here) SO, I'M TAGGING ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO PLAY ALONG!!

I love your information! I guess we've all had a Nellie Olsen in our lives growing up! Your TV list is great, too.

That was great getting to know you better.

I, too, loved Little House on the Prairie. Sigh.
And some of my favorite episodes are the ones when Laura and Almanzo fall in love. As a little girl I thought that he was the most handsome man in the world. I had never seen that picture that you posted of the real Laura and Almanzo. I have only seen them younger, so that was neat to see.

I would also love to go back and see what it was like to live in Walnut Grove (with the only exceptions being that I would want full access to medicines for pain relief during childbirth and tooth extractions, and of course, air conditioning).;)

You do love your reality shows...That was quite the list. My husband and youngest son LOVE Survivor too, so we all pile up on Thursday nights to watch that together...They are ready for the new season. I watch Jon and Kate Plus Eight a lot myself, but my family is not as fond of that one as I am.

Thanks for playing, Tracey!

God Bless,
Amy:)

Your random list was wonderful to read! Thank goodness there is someone else out there with an affinity for Starbucks, Sticky Notes, and quiet time with good books!

Thanks for sharing!

But you missed the BEST reality show ever - the Amazing Race! I've even gotten my hubby sucked into it. Love it!

I can't find my blog said...

Non-solicited advice coming--- you might want to think about the "must-watch" shows before the baby comes. I used to watch a ton of shows before kids and now have only a handfull of 'must-watch' vs. some that I'll catch if I can/not falling over from the tiredness.

I was in love with Almonzo too! In fact, there was a boy in my class who looked a lot like him, and I often saw the 2 of us as Laura and Manly.

We were too young to date, and when I was old enough I ended up dating and eventually marrying the Professor from Gilligan's Island. Turns out he more my type, lol!
