My All-Grown Up Christmas List

I stole from saw this idea on Jen's blog the other day and thought it was a great idea.

Here is my list for Christmas:

1. A Dummy Proof (easy as turning on a light switch) Camcorder: Something like this, but without the $800 price tag and all the "gobbledygook" directions that come in 37 languages, except English.

2. A WII and a WII FIT: Again without the $500 price tag and a little "Geek Man" that hooks it up and shows me how to use it.

3. A Money Tree: I know they exist because I found a picture of one on Google, see....

....I'd be very responsible...I promise....I'd give 10% of the yield to charity...another 10% to help pay off the national debt....and another 10% to develop a wind farm (I hear these are going to be big...real soon!). I'd put another 10% into my retirement, 10% for my son's education, 10% to pay off our house and the other 40% would allow me to be a stay at home mom.

4. My infant son to sleep through the night by New Years. He's due on December 5th. I don't think it's too much to ask that he get his system in order and is sleeping for at least 5-6 hours, at a time, by December 31st. I'm giving him 26 days. I can dream...well not really, because I won't be sleeping.

5. The Take Home Chef, Curtis Stone: We'd take care of breakfast ourselves, of course. We'd only ask for 5 dinners and 3-4 lunches a week. He wouldn't have to cook anything with beef, we love anything pasta, salads and sandwiches are great, desserts of course and hearty soups.

Hey, if Santa can get 8 of these guys to cooperate...without getting bit...

....put together a swing set that only has directions in Japanese, in less then 1 hour....

and get NORAD to allow him to fly over the White House...... then my requests should be a piece of cake.

First of all - love your Christmas list.

Thanks for leaving your sweet comment on my Worry post. I am coming to find out that there are a lot of people (women mostly) that worry.

I have enjoyed loooking through your blog. I thought I would have more time but I hear my daughter up from her nap which was not long enough! I'll have to come back.

Good luck with the sleeping thing. My oldest started sleeping through the night before she was a week old. I kid you not. Guess who freaked out and called her mom 52 times that night? She told me to enjoy it and under no circumstances wake her. I didn't. She always loved to sleep, still does.

As for the rest of it, our local nursery is out of money trees, but the rest is on it's way:)

Good luck with #4!!!

We have a Sony camera, hard drive. It's nice and pretty easy to use. Price is a little less than the one you mentioned.
