DECEMBER IN REVIEW

Sam started December by falling on the ice and bruising his face. Thank God it didn't break.

This was his 9th birthday too. Not a very good birthday present.
We learned how to make fake snow out of hair conditioner (1/2 C) and baking soda (2 C).
Then we got our own snow. I had shoveled 3 times, but there is still more.....
Richard coming home from work.
He's trying to get in the garage.
Finally in!
We decorated the town Christmas tree. Then we went to a friend's house decorated cookies.
I had to use the snow rake to pull the 6 inches off the garage.
That's as high as I could get. The rest was up to Richard to remove.
Andrew got to meet Santa at his preschool.
He kept following Santa around and then....
....finally sat on his lap.
We have been snuggling a lot under blankets.....
On Christmas Eve we left out cookies and milk for Santa and when we got up in the morning the boys had letters from him.

At 5 a.m. we heard little feet coming down the stairs and the unwrapping began.....
Sam was not impressed with the socks I got him.

Andrew loved his police man gear.
On the 27th of December it all came down and I made the tree corner into my reading corner.
HERE'S TO A WONDERFUL AND PEACEFUL 2018
