GETTING CLOSER.....

Just spent a busy day getting fingerprints done for background check, papers notarized, papers submitted to court for felony background check and taking the cats to the vet to update their shots. Now we need to start making our birthmother book on PICABOO.

While we were at Adoption Assistance Agency dropping off papers, we bumped into a couple we had attended parenting classes with 4 years ago and they are starting the process for their second adoption too. Then while we were at the court house dropping off the papers for our background checks, who shows up, but the same couple again. We exchanged numbers and we are planning on getting reacquainted.

Our agency says they have a lot of birth-moms, but not a lot of adoptive families waiting so the process could go even faster this time! What a great day! God is good!
