I like finding activities for my sensory sensitive child....so today it was time for SLIME!
First you need: a few plastic containers, plastic spoons, clear glue, liquid starch and food coloring.
Pour in one container of clear glue....
Then refill that same container 3/4 of the way with liquid starch and add it to the glue.
Add a few drops of food coloring and stir.
It will stiffen pretty quickly.
We made red, blue and yellow.
Then it was time to squish....
....squash.....
....pull and....
....mash. It makes your hands a little wet, but wipes off easily. Then you can save the colors in small containers for another day of fun.
