QUESTION...PLEASE HELP

I changed my blog background and colors. I am trying to change the post font color. I am under "advanced" and "post background," but I don't see a change button for the post font color. I am not one to play with the html code, so any of you that are experts at changing your blog around, I would appreciate the help on how I can change the post font color.
