2009 BALLOON FIESTA

This year the Balloon Fiesta will be October 3-11. It you've never seen it, it is a must see it you're passing through New Mexico.

"Balloon Fiesta recently announced a unique guest for this year's Fiesta - the Wizard of Oz hot air balloon. The balloon, called "The Emerald City Green balloon," includes a yellow brick road, a pair of ruby slippers, and all four main characters. Dorothy stands 30 feet tall; her slippers are more than eight feet long."
