A big thank you to the Honorable William Parnall. As of 10:30 a.m. Samuel officially become ours. He was touched when Richard said that he was adopted also. Then he asked me if I wanted to say a few words and I burst into tears. I could hardly speak, but I did manage to choke out,
"This is everything we've ever wanted." He said that's the reaction he wanted to see. My sister and mother were crying too! In this picture Samuel is crying because he had fallen asleep on Dad's shoulder and was none to happy about being woken up.

This is only the 4th time I've seen my husband cry!
