On Friday evening I felt like I had been socked in the eye. It felt bruised and sore. Saturday morning it started to swell, but then later in the day it felt better. At night it started to feel worse again. I thought about going to Urgent Care on Sunday, but it started to feel better again. Then yesterday it started to feel worse again and by 6 p.m., I finally gave in and when Richard got home from work, I went to urgent care. It took 2 hours, but I'm glad I went.
Not only do I have a sinus infection, but I have an infection in my eyelid too. TMI ALERT............The doctor had to poke the eyelid with a needle to relieve some of the pressure and puss came out....He said I can't were my contacts for about 3 weeks. He gave me an antibiotic and a salve to put inside the eyelid.
This is not the way I wanted to look during Samuel's court hearing tomorrow, but there is nothing I can do about it. At least I don't have to wear makeup for awhile. Nothing is going to make this look better.
A few prayers that this heals quickly would be greatly appreciated!

Tracey... so sorry to hear about your eye infection. I have experienced an eye infection and it is NOT fun! I will say a prayer for you that your eye heals quickly and that you feel better soon! Good luck tomorrow at the court hearing! Blessings!!!! Congratulations Samuel!!!!!
