JULY IN REVIEW

We've had a very busy July. With moving into our new house and tons of family visiting, the month has flown by.
On the 4th of July we had games at the school in the morning and....
...a parade in the afternoon. Had a tourist take this....one of those rare family photos.
Sam finished out his art classes with the PRATT INSTITUTE out of New York. Here is his display.
We did a lot more to our house....including completing it with a flag. We moved in July 7th. It was a whirlwind of activity to get the last stuff moved in and I was moving so fast I didn't even have time to take pictures of it all.
We spent a lot of time with family visiting.
My brother, Mark, helped me put new hardware on the cabinets in the kitchen.

I took down wallpaper in the master bath. A love using the steamer. It came off pretty easy, but what a mess.
Then after doing some yard work along the edge of our property that touches the woods, I caught POISON IVY. What fun!
Here are a bunch of the cousins that got to play together. The boys usually get to see each other 3-4 times a year, but the girls live in New Jersey and we only see them in the summer.
We spent the end of July playing in the river.
 It's called CASCADES. It's a fun place.
It has rapids and a shallow area too.

Sam has about 3 more weeks of camp and then he starts THIRD GRADE on August 29th!

We have many more projects to do our new house and I will be documenting it all.

By July....hello August.
